But the write-off never materialized. On May 31, Timmy pulled into MSA PPG Vibrance victory lane at the track which had almost precipitated his racing demise. Saturday night, he raced from his 12th starting spot at Oswego's MSA-Oswego Wing Series 40 to claim his second win in a week in the Reed's Salvage number 8. The two wins meant a lot more than a checkered flag and a trophy. It meant he was back confidently running the supermodifieds he once thought he might never race again. (Click READ MORE!)

That didn't give him a disadvantage as he quickly figured out how to win the Burke's
MSA-Oswego wing series checkered on Friday night. He kept the car tight despite some second thoughts. Luck also played a role as the second-generation driver ran out of fuel near race end, lost the lead to the only other race leader Denny Fisher, then regained it on the last lap to end up with the win. It was Shullick's first-ever win at the Spencer flat half mile and his second of the PPG Vibrance Collection MSA season. (Click READ MORE)
